On-site assessment of light, acoustics, and structural constraints. We document measurements and photograph existing conditions.
Week 1–2
Mood boards, material samples, and preliminary layouts. Two revision rounds included in every package.
Week 2–4
Photorealistic 3D renders of key views — entrance, bar, seating area — for stakeholder approval and marketing use.
Week 4–6
Final drawings, fixture schedules, supplier contacts, and finish specifications delivered as PDF and editable formats.
Week 6–8
Presentation to contractors and optional site supervision during fit-out. Post-opening review after 30 days of operation.
